Meet Jordan
Hi My name is Jordan and I am a Licensed, Registered Dietitian. My focus is whole body wellness while determining and exploring the root cause of symptoms.
I am here to help you become more mindful of your health while strengthening each pillar of life. I pair evidence-based research and education with supportive interventions to help women improve their health. I have a passion for emotional and physical healing.

During our time together we will get to the root of your symptoms to help improve your overall health.
Our bodies react as a protection mechanism, so if we can’t lose weight around our midsection it is likely because the fat is storing toxins to protect the body from toxic burden, so where are those toxins coming from? Or maybe your adrenals are in overdrive and pumping out too much cortisol, which is raising your blood sugar and insulin and in response storing fat, so how is our diet and our stress management? Can’t sleep? It’s likely cortisol kicking in to wake you up because your melatonin isn’t stable.
There’s so much to learn and explore when it comes to our mind and body that at first may seem overwhelming, but that’s where I come in. To help walk you through the nutrition education piece, debunk the myths, and provide simple life-altering and sustainable interventions!
I will be there to walk you through each step from mindset and movement to diet and hydration to stress and sleep. Whatever we feel you may need assistance on to help stabilize your health and improve symptoms we will work on!
When I am not seeing clients I love learning and creating nutrition programs and content. I enjoy hiking with my dog, Millie, and traveling any chance I get!
